OVERPRINTS AND FILMS

We offer flexographic overprints on modern  eight-colour machine with resolution up to 155 Ipi. The overprints on mono BOPR CPP, LDPE. Pet. films and two- and three-layer laminates.

The films offered by us are intended to come into contact with food, and therefore they are excellent as packagings for confectionery products, snacks, pasta, frozen food, meat, cold meat, fish and fish products, delicatessen, dairy products, fruit and vegetables. They are also perfect as packagings for household chemistry, cosmetics and textile articles.

UNORIENTED POLYPROPYLENE FILMS „CAST”
They are characterised with high tear and puncture resistance. They are used the most frequently in the thickness from 20 to 110 p. in tape or a semi-sleeve.

Application:
PP CAST film has the application mainly for the production of: pouches for food products (bakery products, sweets), packagings for fresh vegetables, packagings for products which need pasteurisation, packagings for textile articles (shirts, underwear and lingerie, hosiery, bedding), laminates.

ORIENTED POLYPROPYLENE FILMS BOPP
This film is characterised with good weldability, high transparency, gloss and positive mechanical properties as well as low permeability of water vapour and fragrances. The most often, it is used in the thickness from 20 to 40 p.

Application:
Confectionery (cookies, bars, wafers etc.) are also packed in FLOW-PACK system, packagings of tea, coffee, fruit and cereals, cosmetics, fancy goods and clothes (shirts, underwear and lingerie, etc.)

FILMS WITH MICROPERFORATION
They are used the most frequently on PPC-type grounds. BOPP. PE in the thickness from 20 to 50 p. We make micro perforation on films of different type and with different thickness. It is possible to make the complete or partial film perforation. The maximum width of micro-perforated surface is 1000 mm (tape 1300 mm with edges without perforation 150 mm each). The minimum width of the micro-perforation segment is 50 mm.

Application:
Perforated film is used in the baking industry. Such solution allows to maintain freshness and crunchiness of bakery products, even when it is hot packed; water vapour goes out through micro-perforation. The perforated film packagings are also used in the cold meat industry so that a product would have air access but would not dry up too much.

FILMS WITH MACRO-PERFORATION
We make macro-perforation in the packaging films with holes 8 mm or 6 mm. The arrangement of rows and patterns is arbitrary within the width up to 1200 mm.

Application:
We use the film with macro-perforation while packing bakery products, vegetables and fruits with flow-pack equipment and in film packagings.
